About a year ago, I started this Substack as a way to document news stories in the online adult content and sex workers’ rights beat. Sadly, aggregation wasn’t quite the right fit for me, but I missed using Substack itself, and I’ve long wanted to pen my own dedicated, ongoing blog.
So that’s exactly what I’m doing. Say hello to my new rebranding: “Not Safe For Who?” (or https://nsfw.substack.com, if you will)
Per the new description, this Substack is dedicated to “the world of all things queer, adult, and kinky.” Approximately twice per month, I’ll pen an essay about something to do with the “leather, queer eroticism, sex work,” or “adult content” worlds, which, as I’m sure most of you already know, tend to walk hand-in-hand. Each article will have its own narrated podcast, and topics will cover everything from whorephobic censorship to leather history to public sex to kinky queer adult games. If you’re familiar with Daemonumx’s Dead but Delicious, then the inspiration should be obvious.
Once posts start coming up, I’ll be introducing a new membership offer to let users access the full Not Safe For Who? archive and read my posts in advance before free readers can do so. Each month’s posts get archived with the new month. As of now, memberships will range from $5.99 monthly/$69.99 yearly (nice), but they’re also available with the fee waived for those who cannot afford it. It also comes complimentary with my OnlyFans once you reach the $9.99/month tier, so if you’re already subscribed to me on there, no need to do so here (although if you want to get a head start, check it out here~).
Given I’m planning on posting ~2 articles per month, biweekly, I won’t officially set paid memberships live until there’s some steady content coming in: I want there to be a precedent for high quality content before anyone feels the need to put money down. In the meantime, sending best wishes and love to all my readers new and old alike. I can’t wait to grab a cup of coffee with you, sit down by the digital fire, and chat with you some more about sex, kink, queerness, and everything in between.
